RushFusion100 is a fast-growing Greek Life apparel brand helping fraternities and sororities across 50 colleges design and order premium custom merch. We’re a Gen Z–led startup focused on modern design, speed, and community-driven growth.
The Role
We’re looking for motivated Sales & Marketing Interns, ideally members of Greek Life on college campuses, who want real startup experience and are excited about building something from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a hands-on role in growing our campus presence.
What You’ll Do
- Help drive outreach to fraternities and sororities nationwide
- Support sales conversations and follow-ups with Greek Life leaders
- Assist with marketing campaigns (email, social, and campus outreach)
- Help recruit and manage campus reps
- Contribute ideas to grow brand awareness on college campuses
- Learn how a fast-growing apparel startup operates day to day
Who We’re Looking For
- Current college students, especially those in Greek Life
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or startups
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for Greek Life, branding, or streetwear is a plus
