Role Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the Fusion team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a creative leadership role where you will design client-facing materials across multiple formats — from polished PowerPoint presentations and sales tools to motion graphics, digital infographics and social media posts. You will work directly with our team to bring information, data, strategy, and brand stories to life visually.

Presentation and Sales Materials

•      Design and build professional PowerPoint decks for client pitches, trade presentations, and sales materials

•      Create B2B trade ads (print and digital)

•      Develop branded sell sheets, one-pagers, case studies, and sales collateral

•      Translate complex data and research into clean, compelling and easy to understand visual formats

Digital and Web Graphics

•      Create email newsletters in MailChimp, website graphics, banner ads, B2B social media assets and posts, and digital campaign materials

•      Maintain visual consistency across digital touch points and brand guidelines

Motion Graphics

•      Produce business focused motion graphics for video content, presentations, and social media

•      Animate data visualizations, infographics, and branded sequences

Infographics

•      Design original infographics that communicate industry data, trends, and insights clearly and visually

•      Adapt complex subject matter for B2B trade audiences

What We are Looking For

Required

•      6 years of professional graphic design experience

•      Work and be available to the team during Pacific time zone business hours (M-F)

•      Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), experience designing within MailChimp

•      Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills — ability to design polished, complex decks from scratch

•      Demonstrated experience designing motion graphics and animations

•      Strong infographic design skills with examples of data visualization in your portfolio

•      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

•      Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback

•      A portfolio that clearly demonstrates range across all of the above

Nice To Have

•      Experience working with fresh produce, food, agriculture, and retail brands

•      B2B experience creating business branding and visual messaging

•      Experience working remotely with an agency or marketing teams and a "plus" if you are located in the western U.S.A.
