Summary:
As an E-Commerce Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll work alongside our Pricing and Category Management team to support and scale a growing e-commerce business within Fusion Worldwide—one of the world’s largest independent distributors in the electronic components supply chain. As part of a multi-billion-dollar global organization serving large and small OEMs, ODMs, and Contract Manufacturers, you’ll learn the ropes of inside sales: qualifying inbound leads, building customer relationships, and helping create a seamless customer experience between e-commerce and our Account Executives. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Fulfillment, with opportunities to contribute to account management and customer support as needed.

Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annually, plus commission

- Qualify inbound leads and identify the right customer profile for our e-commerce business model (fit, intent, and timing).
- Make outbound phone calls and conduct needs discovery—understand applications, requirements, and buying process.
- Follow pricing guidelines and monitor live offers to ensure the right parts are positioned and available online for sale.
- Vet and hand off warm, qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear notes and context.
- Provide lead-quality feedback to Marketing/Paid Search and monitor demand signals—flagging trends and opportunities in the electronics market.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn sales fundamentals and lead qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on the phone with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior inside sales and/or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
