- Maintain high standards in documentation, outcomes, and evidence based care
- Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Improve clinic systems, organization, and workflow
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and program development
- Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, licensed or eligible in California
- Strong background in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Advanced clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases
- Highly organized with strong accountability
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing clinicians
- Passion for patient centered, one on one care
- Prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience
- Advanced pelvic health training, APTA, Herman and Wallace, or equivalent
- Ability to balance clinical care and leadership responsibilities
- Strong emotional intelligence and team communication skills
- Comfort providing clear, constructive feedback
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- Familiarity with private practice metrics, patient experience, retention, outcomes
- Interest in program development, education, or community outreach
