Title: Journeyman and 2 – 3 Certified Electrician
Location: Radnor, OH and West Jefferson OH
Work Done at a Staging Sites in Radnor and then commissioning done in West Jefferson after a week or two
1 week: 4 – 5 days at staging sites / testing
2 weeks break may be
And then 2-3 days for commissioning on Site in West Jefferson
Start: Mid-June 3, 2026
Duration: 1 month project
Job Description:
- The contractor shall wire all equipment in accordance with the attached drawing set. All wires and cables
- shall be properly identified at all termination points.
- The contractor shall supply all wire, conduits, connectors, terminal blocks, hole seals, pull boxes,
- and other equipment required for complete installation unless otherwise stated in this document.
- All wire terminations shall be made by the contractor in a neat and professional manner that is acceptable to our company.
- A maximum connection of two wires per terminal screw.
- Ring type crimp lugs shall be used for wires greater than 110V when the equipment supports it.
- Wire number labels shall be applied to all wires at each end. If part of a multiconductor cable set the cable shall be labeled at each end.
- All terminations should follow the schematics and labeling conventions.
- Wire labels shall be adhesive self-laminating wrap around. Wire numbers shall be legible from all sides.
- Label Devices in the field consult our associate on-site for label positioning.
- Any deviations from the electrical installation documents provided must be approved by the engineer prior to use.
- All work areas must be kept clean.
- The contractor shall install all conduit, wire, and cable in accordance with the 2023 NEC and our company standards.
Install for FAT – Radnor, OH
Electrical Installers are requested for the following installation tasks on-site. The 3rd party lathes (CNC1 and CNC2) will not be present for this work. Installers shall work with our engineers to ensure cables are the appropriate length for installation and the end user facility.
• Mount Junction Boxes JB1, JB2, JB3
• See pull schedule for cable routing, cable labeling, and wire labeling
o Mount Sensors
o Sensors and Valves will be terminated with single ended cord set M12 to Flying Leads
o Route and terminate cables from I/O to Junction Boxes
▪ Photo-eyes, Proximity Sensors, Reed Switches, Valves, etc.
o Route and terminate cables from I/O to the Operator Panel

• Tear down for shipping. Organize cables to be palletized with the enclosures.
o Utilize M12 QD connections to pull back sensor and actuator cables.
▪ Pull back to closest Junction Box or Operator Panel
▪ As needed, some cables may not need to be disconnected based on delineation for mechanical unit teardown.
o Determinate and pull multi-conductor cables to the MCP

o Determinate and pull the 3phase cables back to the MCP

o Disconnect and pull the servo cables to their respective enclosure

Install for Commissioning – West Jefferson, OH
Electrical Installers are requested for the following installation tasks on-site. The main power feed will be run to the MCP location by others.
- Final Drop and termination for the MCP Feeder conductors
- Customer will supply conduit for the system. 1-1.5” conduit anticipated, to be determined before installation.
- The installer shall provide the appropriate Fittings, Tees, Hole Seals, Flex Conduit to complete the installation.
- The installer shall mount conduit to fence, floor, or equipment as specified by the customer
- Servo power cables shall be run through conduit. Flex conduit shall be used for the final 48” run using a cable gland. Support the flex conduit. The servo is terminated with a connector and does not have threads for accepting conduit fittings.
- Three-phase power to the Hydraulic Power Unit and the Remote Servo Panel shall be run through conduit. Flex conduit can be used for the final 48” run.
- Re-route and terminate the cables from teardown.
- Route and terminate cables associated with each of the 3rd party lathes

- 1 electrician 1 day (up to 8 hours) to support I/O checkout and debug
