Our mission is to position strategic clients for rapid, sustainable growth across major retailers including Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and large grocery chains.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Retail Growth Manager to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of our physical brokerage clients and our Digital/Marketing teams.
You will be the operational engine ensuring that our "Fusion Model" runs seamlessly. Your primary goal is to coordinate efforts to ensure clients are positioned for speed to revenue during physical sell-in. You will ensure that the strategy developed by our leadership is executed with excellence, ensuring no detail is missed in the transition from strategy to shelf.
Client & Broker Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between retail brokerage clients and the Fusion Digital/Marketing teams.
- Ensure alignment between physical retail strategies (sell-in) and digital support (marketing/awareness), ensuring a cohesive "full funnel" approach.
- Monitor client timelines to ensure all assets, data, and sell-sheets are ready for retailer line reviews and presentations.
Retailer Execution
- Support the positioning of clients for rapid sell-in at major retailers, specifically Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and large grocery retailers.
- Assist in driving execution excellence, ensuring follow-through on all retailer requirements and vendor onboarding steps.
Platform Ownership (Triive)
- Serve as the Product Owner for the Triive broker/client management tool within Fusion.
- Manage client and broker onboarding into Triive, ensuring data integrity and adoption.
- Utilize Triive to track progress, manage documents, and ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Support the RevOps strategy by maintaining clear communication channels and reliable documentation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sell-in speed and campaign launch readiness.
- Location: Must be based in Bentonville, AR with the ability to work at least part-time from the Fusion Bentonville HQ office.
- Experience: Previous experience in Retail, CPG, Brokerage support, or Project Management is preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong familiarity with modern communication platforms (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
