Multi-Site Community Managers are responsible for the real estate operations and profitability of designated assets in their portfolio. Daily decisions will be required that may include, approval of new residents, termination of existing resident through eviction, and assist Regional Manager with procuring bids for maintaining the asset or bidding capital improvement projects. All properties under management to have an annual budget and management plan approved by ownership and provides full, detailed monthly operating financials to ownership of the performance of the asset to this business plan. Multi-Site Community Manager are central to assisting assigned Regional Managers with both tasks. An effective Multi-Site Community Manager will have knowledge of basic real estate maintenance, accounting practices, strong customer service and communication skills, excellent marketing skills and an understanding of the full requirements of the ongoing daily operations of a multifamily community including life safety and fair housing requirements. At the request of senior management, Multi-Site Community Manager may also be asked to assist with due diligence for the purchase of new assets or disposition processes for the sale of real estate assets. This position is a full- time position and may require work on weekends and/or work extra hours at the request of the company.

Maintain all aspects of managing property, provide excellent customer service, supervise maintenance team and operate within the approved budget.
· Must be able to effectively manage the community, including compliance with company policies, procedures, and Fair Housing.
· Responsible to meet deadlines of reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports; financial, leasing, marketing, etc.
· Timely completion of daily transactions related to the financial operation of the community. Strong rent collection with delinquency control. Ability to prepare and properly serve notices to residents, audit resident ledgers and files, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue while maintaining a high level of customer service
· Maintain curb appeal, express knowledge of current market conditions, with an understanding of competitive pricing and utilization of appropriate marketing resources.
· Must be able to provide timely submission of invoices and maintain daily operation in accordance with the budget. Ability to manage vendors and obtain the best pricing for asset management.
· Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure apartments are turned in a timely fashion, market units for move-in, coordinate work orders, oversee tenant improvements, monitor capital expenses, and track renovation projects. As the community is currently in renovations, you will work closely with the renovations team to ensure timely delivery of units on budget.
· Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
· Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, vendors, peers, management, and ownership group.
· Ability to lead but also be a team player who can meet goals and follow direction
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience 3 years of a large property.
- Experience with AppFolio.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Two plus years of Property Manager/Property Management experience required.
- Will consider a high-level Assistant Manager with Large Community experience.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required.
- Needs to pass a background check to include criminal and employment.
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and knowledge. The hourly position is a standard 40 hrs/week, 5 days/week with availability to work weekends and overtime if the community requires.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
