Maintenance Technician – Fusion Property Management Company

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and some HVAC.
- Install appliances, light fixtures, and complete unit turnovers.
- Maintain the exterior and curb appeal of the community at all times, including cleaning.
- Complete resident work orders efficiently, safely, and with pride.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Fair Housing standards, and all health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Assist with renovations and property upgrades.
- Be available for on-call after-hours emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family housing maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong electrical skills; HVAC certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience:
- Multi Family Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- English and Spanish (Preferred)
Requirement:
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required.
- Needs to pass a background check to include criminal and employment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
