Job Title : Pharmacy Technician
Required: 1 Year Recent Exp, CA license
Location : Tehachapi, CA
Shift : M-F Days
Duration: 3 Month with possible extension
Pay: $19-$21/hr on W2
Duties
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Perform medication intake and verify prescriptions for completeness and accuracy.
- Utilize aseptic technique when preparing IV infusions and other sterile products.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and inventory management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care in acute care settings.
- Stay informed about medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practices.
- Support critical care initiatives by assisting with medication management in high-stakes environments.
