About The Role

Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct patients to the appropriate team members efficiently
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and assist with patient registration and intake processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information within electronic systems
- Coordinate closely with therapists and clinical staff to support efficient scheduling and patient flow
- Process payments and assist with insurance-related questions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Communicate clinic services, programs, and scheduling information clearly and professionally
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive and organized front desk environment
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment, including wiping down treatment tables, assisting with laundry, and supporting daily clinic organization

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
- Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening hours as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
