Job Overview:
We are looking for a Home Staging Lead Stager who has a passion for interior decorating, organization, and social media. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to integrity. This role offers hands-on experience in home staging with ample opportunities for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing home staging projects, including furniture arrangement and decor selection.
- Collaborate with the team to declutter and organize spaces effectively.
- Participate in sourcing and setting up furnishings and accessories to create inviting environments.
- Support social media initiatives by capturing and sharing content related to staging and photography projects.
- Maintain inventory of staging materials and ensure their proper storage and care.
- Communicate professionally with clients, real estate agents, and team members.
- Stay informed about current design trends and apply them to staging projects.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest in interior design, home organization, and social media.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture and decor items as needed.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various staging locations and the studio.
