Location: Memorial Regional Hospital - Hollywood, FL

Fusion Parking is seeking a safe, dependable, and detail-oriented Parking Attendant to support valet operations at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. This is a parking-only position. The Parking Attendant receives assigned guest vehicles from the porte, safely drives and parks them in designated parking areas, accurately records or communicates each vehicle's location, secures the vehicle, and returns the keys through the established key-control process. This position does not retrieve or deliver vehicles to guests.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and park assigned guest vehicles in designated parking areas in accordance with Fusion Parking procedures and all applicable traffic and site rules.
• Perform a visual check of the vehicle before driving and immediately report any observed damage, warning lights, unsafe conditions, or discrepancies.
• Park vehicles only in authorized spaces and accurately record or communicate the exact parking location to support efficient vehicle retrieval by designated retrieval staff.
• Secure each parked vehicle by placing it in park, setting the parking brake when appropriate, turning off lights and accessories, closing windows when appropriate, locking the vehicle, and following site-specific procedures.
• Promptly return vehicle keys to the designated key-control area or authorized team member after parking is complete.
• Reposition or organize vehicles within designated parking areas when directed.
• Follow all key-control, ticketing, vehicle-security, and chain-of-custody procedures at all times.
• Obey posted speed limits, stop signs, pedestrian right-of-way requirements, and all safe-driving expectations at all times.
• Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage, lost property, mechanical concerns, parking-space issues, or unsafe conditions to a Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of passenger vehicles, including automatic transmission vehicles; ability to drive manual transmission is a plus.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, jog when appropriate and safe, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to remain alert, dependable, and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and electronic vehicle assignments accurately.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in valet parking, parking operations, transportation, or other vehicle-handling roles.
• Familiarity with valet management software, handheld devices, vehicle-location systems, or electronic ticketing systems.
• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
