LPN Traveler Position

This is a nights shift position, requiring the selected candidate to work effectively during nighttime hours. Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Collect patients' health information and document nursing history and physical assessment
- Administer medications in accordance with approved nursing techniques and scope of practice
- Maintain patients' medical records with proper charting and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- One to three years' experience as an LPN preferred
- Valid state license in the state where they will be practicing and BLS certification required
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
