Job Description:
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13 week travel assignment in Maricamp, FL. One year of recent experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine and moderately complex laboratory tests across multiple diagnostic areas.
- Analyze body fluids and specimens, ensuring the accuracy of test results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and follow standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate test results clearly and professionally to other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
- Technical/Motor Skills: Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
