Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Bluffton, SC. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing medical care and support to help them achieve their optimal level of health.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience as a RN
- Recent Home Health experience (at least 6 months)
- HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
