Job Summary:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health RN to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a RN, with a minimum of six months recent Home Health experience. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Requires driving to multiple patient's homes daily
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
- One year of experience as a RN
- At least six months recent Home Health experience required
- Current RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Must have valid auto insurance
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
