What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEDICAL SPA OCEANSIDE MONDAYS NEEDED FOR RECEPTIONIST 10AM-5PM position at FUSION MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC?
Fusion Hydration IV Lounge/ Medi-Spa
- Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
- Check patients in and out/ utilize our POS
- Run credit card and cash transactions
- Oversee deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department
- Set up, break down, organize, and maintain cleanliness in the clinic
Job Types: Part-time
Available shifts: OCEANSIDE MONDAYS NEEDED FOR RECEPTIONIST 10AM-5PM
Salary: $20.00 per hour
