Job Title: CQV Engineer
Location: Pennsylvania/ New jersey/ North Carolina
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) Engineers to support a greenfield project. The role will focus on HVAC, Utilities, and process systems, with involvement in startup activities and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities for HVAC and Utilities systems.
- Support the startup and operational readiness of equipment and systems.
- Work with DeltaV DCS for system integration and testing.
- Prepare, review, and execute protocols using Kneat or equivalent electronic documentation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations) to ensure compliance with GMP and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and qualification phases.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in CQV activities within the pharma/biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Utilities, and DeltaV systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kneat is a strong plus.
- Prior greenfield project experience preferred.

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour
