What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Fusion Japanese and Thai Restaurant?
This position is primarily focused on customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, running food, splitting bills, etc. Our employees often work double shifts starting at 10:15 am and ending around 9:30 - 10:30 pm with a break lasting 1 and a half hours. These hours can vary depending on the day and level of business. Employees are paid $8 per hour during training which typically lasts 2-3 weeks. Employees will then receive $2.13 an hour plus tips. Tips vary greatly but typically range between $100 to $300 a day, with an average of around $200. We are looking for a server with full availability, preferable 21 . However, we have other positions that may open up allowing for more limited availability and/or different age requirements. All applications are welcome!
