Position Overview
Provide expert administrative support, including managing complex schedules, maintaining meeting notes and documentation, and drafting email communications.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Sponsor's operational practices, terminology, tradecraft, and cable writing, and implement them in daily work.
Prepare for and present at Senior Review Panels (SRPs) as needed.
Organize and coordinate project elements, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution.
Conduct traces using a full range of operational targeting tools, and maintain proficiency in their use.
Collaborate with State Department partners to achieve shared objectives.
Utilize Microsoft Office to manage large datasets in Excel and create effective presentations in PowerPoint.
Support technical projects and contribute to their success.
Maintain thorough knowledge of ARMS and their application to asset handling, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
TDY overseas as required to support mission objectives.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Ability to work independently as needed, as well as with a matrixed team.
Demonstrated knowledge of operational practices, terminology, tradecraft, and cable writing.
Experience preparing for and presenting at SRPs.
Proven ability to organize and coordinate projects and programs.
Proficiency in using operational targeting tools.
Significant foreign field TDY (or PCS) experience to Station/Base located in an Embassy/Consulate.
Experience working with USG partners.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Aptitude for administrative support and project management.
Thorough knowledge of asset handling, review, assessment, and approval processes.
Ability to TDY up to 6 weeks at a time about twice per year with shorter stints (approx. one week) as needed.
Desired Skills
Experience working targets in denied areas or high CI AORs.High-level competency with current operational targeting tools and ability to leverage them to enhance operational objectives and CI posture.
Project management experience, certification, and skills (including agile project management training/skills).
Experience working with other USG partners (State, FBI, etc.) in the field.
