Position Overview
The Sponsor Division is a fast-paced and dynamic office responsible for processing applicants to the Sponsor Directorate. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mission Support Administrator to provide comprehensive recruitment and administrative support throughout the entire hiring and onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle recruitment support for Sponsor Directorate applicants, including scheduling interviews, coordinating documentation, and facilitating communication between applicants and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with management, business partners, senior hiring advisors, and recruiters to ensure timely and accurate processing of candidates.
Assist in the coordination and tracking of applicants through the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) process and onboarding workflow.
Maintain organized applicant records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with a diverse team of contractors, staff members, and managers to streamline hiring operations.
Ensure compliance with Sponsor policies and procedures throughout the recruitment and onboarding phases.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, status reporting, and correspondence management.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Previous experience in administrative, HR, or recruitment support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with various levels of staff and leadership.
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Desired Skills
Experience working in or supporting government or sponsor-related environments.Familiarity with onboarding processes, clearance workflows, or the COE process.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment management tools.
