What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Construction Worker position at Fusion Homes LLC?
Perform or assist in the performance of all tasks related to new home construction, additions and remodels, including, but not limited to, carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, siding, painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall and flooring.
Normal Work Week: Monday - Friday - 40 hrs.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year experience in the construction field
- Able to read instructions/blueprints/tape measure
- Able to work well in a team or perform tasks alone
- Able to work without close supervision
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Able to climb up and down ladders and scaffolding
- Able to operate all types of hand and power tools
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Will be required to load and unload construction materials and clean up job sites
- Must have own small hand tools
