- Administer, configure, and maintain Workday Financials modules, with growing exposure to Prism, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage system security, user roles, and permissions in alignment with internal controls and compliance standards.
- Support new module rollouts and ongoing system enhancements, ensuring best practices are applied.
- Build and maintain complex financial reports, dashboards, and analytics, including loaded employee cost reporting.
- Partner with Finance leadership (CFO org) and IT leadership (CIO/CTO org) to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues; coordinate with IT for resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, and process guidance across Finance and related teams.
- Contribute to governance practices, technical controls, and audit readiness.
- Make application changes, configurations, and updates directly within Workday.
- 3–5 years of Workday Financials administration experience (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management).
- Multiple Workday certifications strongly preferred; client places high value on certified candidates.
- Experience supporting Prism Analytics, budgeting, and forecasting modules is highly desirable.
- Background may come from Finance/Accounting systems or IT systems administration, but candidates must be comfortable with both business and technical controls.
- Experience working in organizations where reporting aligned to CFO or CIO/CTO is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus; candidates with leadership potential may be considered for an elevated compensation package.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
