Key Responsibilities
Application & Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support for hospitality and casino systems, including OPERA, Infor, or similar platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errors
- Support system configurations, updates, and ongoing maintenance
- Assist with integrations between systems and ensure data flow accuracy
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for internal users across business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to system access
- Work closely with business users to resolve functional and technical issues
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
- Support backup processes, system availability, and uptime
- Assist in identifying and resolving recurring system issues
- Partner with IT infrastructure, security, and vendor teams
- Work with third-party vendors for system support and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Experience supporting OPERA PMS, Infor, or similar casino/hospitality systems
- Background in application support, helpdesk, or systems support roles
- Experience troubleshooting user issues and system functionality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- User access management and permissions
- Basic understanding of databases or system integrations is a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise environments (24/7 operations preferred)
- Nice to Have
- Experience with other property management systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.)
- Gaming or hospitality industry experience
- Exposure to Active Directory or basic infrastructure support
