About the Role

The Senior / Lead Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority IT and technical roles across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire engagements. This individual will serve as a strategic delivery partner to Account Executives and clients, ensuring fast, high-quality talent delivery in competitive technical markets. In addition to core recruiting responsibilities, this role may provide informal or formal mentorship to junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement, sourcing strategy, and delivery excellence. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in urgency-driven environments and understands how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple client accounts
• Partner closely with Account Executives on requisition strategy, prioritization, and client expectations
• Source, engage, and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive and active technical talent
• Conduct advanced candidate screening, technical evaluation, and behavioral interviews
• Present qualified candidates to clients with strong alignment to role requirements and culture
• Drive end-to-end process management from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate and client expectations throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets
• Serve as a go-to resource for more complex or urgent requisitions
• Mentor and support junior recruiters when applicable
• Contribute to sourcing strategy improvements, market mapping, and talent intelligence efforts

Qualifications

Required:

• 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing (agency preferred)
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong sourcing expertise across technical talent pools (software, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, ERP, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality candidates under tight timelines
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working contract and/or direct hire IT requisitions

Preferred:

• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters
• Exposure to enterprise or mid-market IT environments
• Strong understanding of technical skillsets and market compensation trends
• Experience working closely with sales-driven staffing teams
