Our Client is an industry- leading commercial Concrete Contractor specialized in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete work in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution markets. Based on current and projected growth in the Midwest region, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help estimate and manage concrete building project out of their growing Louisville, KY office. Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing commercial concrete construction projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $30M
