As a QA Analyst specializing in digital products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive testing strategies and drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and integrated applications, including but not limited to Opera, IGT, Room Booking, and Credit Card systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and security requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements across multiple applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing digital products, web, and mobile applications.
- Experience testing integrated applications within the gaming and hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including manual testing, test case management, and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and onsite environment.
- Experience reviewing code and performing code analysis is a plus, but not required.
