Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to multiple Project Managers across active projects, initiatives, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Maintain and update project documentation including meeting notes, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
- Assist with preparing project dashboards, status reports, communication updates, and executive summaries.
- Schedule meetings, manage agendas, document follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Support PMs with monitoring project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Maintain PMO standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or misalignments and escalate them to the appropriate PM or leadership.
- Keep teams organized and on track through proactive communication and exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to work autonomously, stay focused, and progress tasks without constant oversight.
- Ability to pivot quickly and adapt as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across multiple PMs, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar (nice to have).
