About Us
We are a growing screen printing and embroidery company serving schools, businesses, sports teams, and organizations throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team.
Duties
- Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing equipment
- Conduct prepress tasks such as creating and adjusting layouts using graphic design software and Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Prepare screens, inks, and garments for production
- Register screens and maintain print quality standards
- Mix inks and perform color matching when required
- Inspect printed garments for quality and accuracy
- Clean and maintain printing equipment and work areas
- Meet daily production schedules and deadlines
- Assist with packaging and order fulfillment as needed
Qualifications
- Previous screen printing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of screen setup, registration, and ink mixing is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
