Lead IAM Engineer

Introduction:

The Lead IAM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing Identity & Access Management processes within the organization. They will work closely with the team to ensure secure access to resources and data, as well as implement IAM best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service account and machine identity governance
• Implement PAM and secrets management solutions
• Oversee cloud IAM and identity federation
• Utilize tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Azure for IAM solutions
• Implement RBAC models for access control
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IAM

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience with tools such as CyberArk and SailPoint
• Knowledge of RBAC models
• Experience in cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes and workload identity
• Familiarity with AI and Agentic security models
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence
