Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive (AE)

Compensation: Base Commission
Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving profitable growth, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships and expanding the company's current customer base. This role focuses on consultative selling, strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions by working with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote and sell appropriate products and services.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Senior Account Executive
- Generate new sales leads and manage and grow existing accounts
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution development → close
- Consistently achieve profit-based sales targets provided by management
- Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across IT services and AV solutions
- Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
- Create quotes, and implement the company’s pricing structure, promotions, and negotiations
- Collaborate with in-house engineering teams to develop accurate scopes, proposals, and pricing
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide reliable forecasting
- Ensure smooth handoff to project teams and support overall client success
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers in an effective and timely manner
Minimum Qualifications and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales related experience in a Technology, IT or AV related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent persuasion and relationship building skills
- Service orientated
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives independently
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to travel across the region and state
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
