Fusion Dental Implant Centers is expanding and seeking a skilled, motivated Oral Surgeon to join our Sacramento team. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive oral surgery while gaining hands-on exposure to full-arch dental implant surgery (All-on-X) in a high-volume, well-supported clinical environment.
You will work closely with and learn directly from experienced leaders and top practitioners in full-arch implant dentistry, gaining real-world exposure, mentorship, and case involvement as you develop advanced implant expertise.
This position is ideal for surgeons who want to maintain a broad oral surgery scope while progressively expanding into advanced implant and full-arch treatment.

Compensation & Earning Potential
$400,000 – $1,000,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and case mix

Scope of Practice
This role includes both traditional oral surgery and full-arch implant surgery, along with participation in patient consultations.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform oral surgery procedures including extractions and alveolectomy
- Place dental implants as indicated
- Participate in and progressively lead full-arch (All-on-X) implant cases
- Maintain a balanced case mix of general oral surgery and advanced implant cases
- Participate in patient consultations for both potential full-arch implant (All-on-X) cases and traditional oral surgery cases, alongside Patient Advisors, supporting patient education and treatment understanding
- Collaborate with restorative doctors on comprehensive treatment planning
- Review CBCTs, surgical guides, and digital plans
- Dictate accurate and thorough surgical documentation

Schedule & Structure
- Full-time or Part-time schedules available
- Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 AM
- Flexible scheduling based on patient flow and surgeon availability
- Employment or contract structure available based on candidate preference

Qualifications & Requirements
- DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
- Completion of a U.S. oral surgery training program
- Active, unrestricted California dental license
- DEA registration
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Interest in implant dentistry and full-arch surgery preferred
- Prior full-arch experience welcomed but not required
