Job Description
We are seeking a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global OT domain supporting IT/OT separation, improved security, and centralized identity management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on strengthening OT authentication, authorization, and infrastructure resilience, while enabling integration with enterprise IAM (MyAccess) and reducing reliance on legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separation
- Implement a global OT domain architecture aligned with security standards
- Improve and standardize authentication and authorization controls in OT
- Enable centralized OT user and resource management integrated with IAM (MyAccess)
- Remove dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems to increase resilience
- Manage stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
- Control project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with GxP, IT security, and regulatory standards
- Provide executive reporting and lead steering committee meetings
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years in IT/OT Infrastructure Project Management
- Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, security, and identity management
- Experience with OT domain implementations and IAM integration
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA)
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
- Fluent in English
