What You'll Do: You'll work alongside experienced crew leads, learning hands-on skills in:
- Carpet & tile cleaning
- Water damage restoration
- Air duct cleaning
- Upholstery care
- Customer service and site setup/breakdown
Every day is different – you'll visit homes and businesses across the Emerald Coast, solve problems, and help people get their spaces back to beautiful.
What We're Looking For: Required:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone for job coordination
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Bonus Points:
- Customer service experience
- Desire to grow into a leadership role (Crew Lead)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Occasional evening or Saturday work (with advance notice)
- Full-time and part-time positions available
