Healthcare Customer Service Associate (In-Office)

Fusion CX is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Associates. In this role, you'll assist members by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
- Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate complex issues when needed.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule expectations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required.
- Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Flexible 8-hour shifts between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM
