As a Director of Student Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping each student’s academic path, guiding families through enrollment, and ensuring they have an unforgettable, life-changing experience. What You’ll Do
- Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.
- Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life.
- Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success.
- Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.
- Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education, business, or a related field.
- Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
