As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture! Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $73,000.00 /Yr.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with heart — bring in great teachers, train them, and fuel their professional growth.
- Use assessment data to drive student outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Partner with staff to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging campus culture.
- Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus!
- 3 years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.
- Skilled in coaching, developing, and inspiring teachers.
- Passion around personalized learning and student growth.
