Senior Financial Analyst

Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a well known company that is searching for a strong Financial Analyst. This person will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for assigned areas. Monitor financial performance against plans and budgets to help identify trends and support decision making.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of financial, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Support budget preparation, review, and ongoing monitoring.
• Analyze financial results and help identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end activities, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Compile and organize financial information for leadership review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks and support business needs.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• Ability to review financial information and provide recommendations.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting budgeting or financial analysis.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  
  

Salary range for the Senior Financial Analyst is $70k-$100k/year based on experience.
