- Assist customers with payments, escrow inquiries, account updates, and document requests
- Support customers with past-due accounts by explaining available solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Ensure all communication meets compliance and regulatory standards
- De-escalate customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving
- Meet individual and team performance goals in a high-volume environment
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable handling sensitive financial conversations
- Previous experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus
- $17.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience
- Full benefits package available
- Schedule falls within Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM rotating Saturday (mornings)
