- Contact customers regarding delinquent mortgage accounts (inbound and outbound)
- Explain repayment options and guide borrowers through available solutions
- Assist in setting up payment arrangements based on account status
- Navigate sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all account activity
- Ensure all interactions meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Meet individual performance goals related to call volume and account resolution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, call center, or high-volume customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing financial situations and payment solutions
- Mortgage servicing, collections, or financial services experience is a plus
