Position Summary
Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to end users. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues while providing both onsite and remote support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side and remote support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, network, and software issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
- Assist with computer imaging, deployments, upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
- Support user accounts and access within Active Directory.
- Document and manage support requests through a ticketing system.
- Maintain IT hardware and software and assist with asset management.
- Work with other IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to end users.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or an associate degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and deployment.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems; ServiceNow is a plus.
