Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts
- Process customer payments, credit memos, and account adjustments
- Submit invoices through multiple channels including portals and pay applications
- Assist with month-end close and reporting activities
- Support multi-state sales tax processing and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records within the company ERP system
- Provide high-level customer service and resolve billing discrepancies
- 5 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Background within manufacturing, construction, or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with multi-state sales tax filings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
