We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to help drive projects from order placement through delivery and completion. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and enjoy being the “go-to” person who keeps everything moving, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate residential and multi-unit appliance projects from start to finish.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate daily with vendors, installers, warehouse, sales, and customers.
- Verify order accuracy, inventory availability, and readiness for delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate solutions quickly
- Manage documentation including purchase orders, confirmations, and job files..
- Schedule deliveries, installations, and service appointments.
- Support billing and invoicing accuracy
- Maintain accurate project updates in company systems.
- Ensure a smooth, white-glove experience for clients and partners.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, construction, appliances, or related field
- Experience managing multiple schedules and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- ERP/CRM or order management system experience preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Environment & Schedule
- On-site office environment
- Monday – Friday, standard business hours
- Occasional extended hours may be required during peak project periods
