About the Role

You will be responsible for measuring and assessing the possibilities of HVAC and electrical installations during the check-out process, preparing estimates, and negotiating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assess the possibilities of electrical installations during the check-out (АС/furnace/ductwork/electrical/refrigeration);
• Prepare an estimate for the installation, send the estimate to the client;
• Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects;
• Negotiate with customers for the sale of electrical installations;
• Transfer of approved estimates to the post sales department for ordering, scheduling, and execution;
• Enforce sales plans;
• Format discounts and offers, develop and control new offers;
• Track changes in installation requirements and notify colleagues;

Qualifications

• Residence in the USA;
• Sales Experience (Preferred);
• Good driving record and valid driver's license as necessary;
• Professional appearance and personality;
• Positive Attitude;
• Team player who can work independently;
• Great negotiation skills;
• English C1 and Russian language as necessary.

Pay range and compensation package

• Full-time work at our office in San Francisco.
• Compensation after the training period will be the % from the gross company profit of the implementation projects.
• The training period is 1 month and id paid by the hour.
