What are the responsibilities and job description for the Glass Bottom Boat Crew Member position at Fury Water Adventures?
Fury Water Adventures, known for creating lifetime memories for guests who experience our unique Key West watersports trips, has an opening for a full-time Glass Bottom Boat Crew member.

Job Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience or demonstrate a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Public Speaking abilities as Crew Members on the Glass Bottom Boat do present several educational speeches throughout the tour.
-The ideal candidate has a passion for educating people on the local waterways and demonstrates an enthusiasm for the only living reef in North America.
-Must have good verbal communication skill, attentiveness, flexibility, friendliness, and ability to build rapport required.
-Must possess maturity and willingness to work hard. Must meet pre-employment requirements which include a full back-ground check and federal drug test.
-Must enjoy working outdoors daily in the sun and on the water. Weekends are a primary part of this schedule and availability is required.
-Must demonstrate proper social skills and etiquette.
-All applicants must live in in Key West or the Lower Florida Keys. Due to the affordable housing crisis in Key West, Fury is only accepting applicants who currently live, and have established housing, on the island.
