Fury Motors is looking for a Parts Counterperson Trainee with Warehouse Support to join our Parts team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn the ins and outs of dealership parts operations.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support daily warehouse and parts operations while learning the systems and skills needed to grow into a Parts Counterperson role.
Warehouse & Parts Support
- Supply parts to service technicians accurately and efficiently
- Receive, verify, and stock daily parts orders
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout and inventory locations
- Ship parts using third-party carriers as needed
- Perform inventory and cycle counts
- Assist with parts deliveries when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Training & Development
This role is designed to teach you the business from the ground up. You’ll learn:
- Warehouse layout and inventory flow
- Part numbers and base numbers
- Electronic parts catalogs
- Dealership DMS (Dealer Management System)
- Standard and “odd-ball” parts ordering processes
- How to independently look up parts with accuracy
- How to support technicians efficiently and confidently
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical — your work directly impacts technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
How Success Is Measured
Your progress and readiness for advancement will be evaluated using:
- Parts accuracy when pulling and delivering to technicians
- Timeliness of parts delivery
- Inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Accuracy of received and stocked parts
- Reduction in technician delays caused by parts issues
- Proficiency in parts catalog and DMS usage
- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Reliability, attendance, and punctuality
- Growth toward independent parts lookup and technician support
Career Growth
This position is a pipeline role into a Parts Counterperson position.
As you develop skills and consistently meet performance expectations:
- Responsibilities will expand
- Compensation will increase with promotion
- Fury Motors may add additional Trainees as the business grows

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Automotive or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required — we provide paid training.
