What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers and callers, you’ll:
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department
- Answer phones, take messages, and route calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and payments
- Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide clerical support to sales, service, and finance teams
- Maintain and update databases, files, and paperwork
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution

Compensation
