OPTIMIZATION DEVELOPER
Must Have
What experience should you have:
- 3 years of experience and a strong foundation in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience working with A/B testing or experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
- Understanding of web analytics concepts (data collection, tagging, interpreting results).
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and test goals.
- Familiarity with tag management or tagging platforms (Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM).
- Background in consulting or client-facing work.
- Communicate results, technical constraints, and experiment impacts clearly to stakeholders.
- Build and implement A/B and multivariate test variations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Modify on-site experiences—such as images, content blocks, or UI components
- Use experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Target) to configure, launch, and QA tests.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure accurate tracking of test performance.
- Monitor experiment results and support insights generation.
- Develop and launch multiple high-quality experiments from build to deployment.
- Build strong communication and partnership with the team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to measurable improvements in site performance by delivering effective, data-informed experimentation work.
