Further Music School is currently seeking an Early Childhood Music Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about introducing young children to music in a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment.
We are looking for candidates who are positive, punctual, professional, and have a strong commitment to music education, along with a genuine love for working with young children.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with young children (ages 1–4 preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance or Music Education
- A tuneful singing voice
- Ability to play piano or keyboard
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be able to teach multi-locations for Lower Manhattan, Queens, Upper East Side Locations

About the Program: Further Fruits – Early Childhood Education
Further Fruits is a music-centered early childhood program designed for children ages 3 months to 4 years old. The curriculum focuses on singing, movement, and keyboard exploration in a playful and creative setting.
Students will embark on a “musical journey around the world,” discovering:
- Influential composers
- Music from different cultures and countries
- Foundational listening and singing skills
Through imaginative storytelling and interactive activities, children build early musical awareness, creativity, and confidence.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
