We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Technician to join this team! In this role, you’ll help assemble products, prepare units for shipment, and support daily production operations.Production Technician Pay: $20/hour | Full-TimeProduction Technician Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmFurstStaffing BenefitsWhat You’ll Do:Assemble products and prepare components for shipmentProgram, calibrate, and test basic electronic componentsPackage finished goods and receive incoming materialsMaintain accurate production documentationSupport inventory counts and general production tasksFollow safe work practices and standard proceduresWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentComfortable using basic hand and power tools (soldering iron, DVM, crimpers, etc.)Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quicklyGood communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamFlexible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasksPreferred but Not Required:Manufacturing or electro-mechanical experienceTechnical degree or familiarity with drawings/specificationsBasic understanding of lean manufacturing or troubleshootingPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform hands-on assemblyAbility to stand for extended periodsReady to join a growing team?
